Find Shuma The Merchant
InStar Wars Outlaws, Elastic Durafiber Fabric can only be found by buying it from Shuma - a rogue traveling merchant who regularly swaps shop locations on Tatooine, Toshara, Kijimi, and Akiva. Whichever planets she pops up appear to be in a random order, but I found Shuma at Tosche Station. This is a small location south of the Great Chott Salt Flat on Tatooine, so it’s far easier to find than learninghow to beat the Rancor inStar Wars Outlawsduring the campaign.
Shuma can also be found by Jaunta’s Hope on Toshara, Ridge Terrace on the far right of the Thermal District on Kijimi, and the village of Sashin, northeast of the Karaba Foothill on Akiva.
On the map from the Wayfar Landing Zone, move your cursor and set up a Waypoint at the checkpoint marked in the image above. Hop on your Speeder to the location and talk to Skuma. Elastic Durafiber Fabric will be at the bottom-right of her inventory for 1400 credits.

Find Extra Materials For Crafting
To finish crafting the Outlaw’s Pouch with the Elastic Durafiber Fabric inStar Wars Outlaws, you’ll need to have already crafted the Scoundrel’s pouch along with having 18 Coarseweave and 30 Polycarbonate. These two materials can easily be found through the majority of merchants or are available to pick up through campaign missions across the game. Once you have all of the materials in place, go to the Abilities screen for The Mechanic, and you’ll see the yellow exclamation point notifying that the pouch is available to craft. After the ability is finally unlocked, Kay’s Bacta Vial and Grenade capacity will be increased by two each when combined with that of the Scoundrel’s Pouch. As soon as you first find Shuma inStar Wars Outlaws, Elastic Durafiber Fabric and this useful in-game skill will almost be yours for the taking.
