Helena had to be getting something out of pretending to be Helly, and this will probably be answered in a future episode.
Who Dieter Eagan Is & What Happened To Him In Severance
Severance season 2’s episode 4 introduces the lore behind Dieter Eagan, making it hard not to question what one should believe about the character.
On top of that, why did Helena have sex with Mark? Although Helly undoubtedly has feelings for Mark, it is doubtful that Helena does as well.
