You receive a number of rewards every time you defeat any of the Rocket Grunt teams inPokémon GOthis March 2025. The main reason to defeat the Grunts is togainMysteriousComponents. For each victory you gain one and once you have six of them you earn a Rocket Radar. This will allow you to then challenge one of theTeam GO Rocket Leaders Cliff, Sierra or Arlo.
You need to defeat six Grunts and all three Leaders to be able to challenge Team GO Boss Giovanni in March.
In addition, you will earn an encounter after the battle with a Shadow Pokémon. It will always be the first Pokémon that Ke Ke Ke Ke has used, so for this month, either Gastly, Duskull, or Golett. Finally, you will also receive 500 Stardust. This can be used to further power up and increase the stats of any Pokémon you have in your storage.
The Ke Ke Ke Ke Rocket Grunt is by far the trickiest of them all inPokémon GOwith their Ghost-type Pokémon, but can be defeated with the right counters. In this case, that means focusing on Dark, Ghost, and Fairy types.
