Team Ke Ke Ke Ke uses Shadow Pokémon, which are stronger variants of the pocket monsters you’re used to. These Pokémon have higher health and deal more damage with their attacks, making them stronger than their regular counterparts.

UnlikeGigantamax battles inPokémon GO, you can take on Team Ke Ke Ke Ke solo without too much trouble. However, this is only if you bring the right counters, such as the ones suggested in the table below:

The best team to use against Team Rocket Grunt Ke Ke Ke Ke isTyranitar, Houndoom, and Metagrossto counter everything. The Dark and Rock-type attributes of Tyrantiar exploit weaknesses in each wave, making it the perfect team member to bring to this battle.

Metagross is a bulky Pokémon whose Steel-type will help it stay alive in longer battles. This Pokémon can also exploit Gengar’s Poison-type weakness in the third wave, should Grunt Ke Ke Ke Ke tries to use it. Houndoom is an underrated pick against this Grunt, as its Dark-type property counters almost every Ghost. In addition, Houndoom also has resistance to Alolan Marowak’s Fire-type attacks while dealing super effective damage to Froslass.
