As part of the new content from the 3.0 expansion, you’ll have to travel to never-before-seen areas to pursue this quest. As you learn about the culture of Amphoreus, you’ll also help its people to follow some of their traditions.
Before you may start the"Secret Ceremony"quest, you first have tounlock the Eternal Holy City Okhema mapin Amphoreus. This is achieved when you complete the"Heroic Saga of Flame-Chase"Trailblaze mission inHonkai: Star Railtied to the area’s introduction. When you explore the Holy City afterward, you can investigate a mysterious cushion southeast of the Marmoreal Palace fast travel point to get started.

Find Three Special Objects For The Ceremony
From the Marmoreal Palace, heading southeast will lead to a set of stairs leading to a small plaza. In this plaza,investigate a cushion with a question mark above itto reveal a hidden scroll underneath its padding. This Scroll of Mysterious Rites starts the"Secret Ceremony"quest, but only when you choose to follow the instructions listed on it.
Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Leaks: An Unexpected Quality-Of-Life Update Could Save Players' Accounts
A new quality-of-life update has been leaked for Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 that could help restore some items that players have accidentally lost.
The Scroll describes a secret ceremony for Seekers of Wisdom in Amphoreus. According to its instructions, youneed to gather three different objects and offer them to the Great Treeto complete the ritual. Although slightly vague, the objects you need to collect are:
Thankfully, you don’t have tofarm these materials inHonkai: Star Rail, as you only need to find one instance of each object. To make matters even better,most of the objects can be found near the cushion where you got the Scroll. All you have to do is simply look around and investigate some containers within the Marmoreal Palace plaza you’re already in.

Georios' Fertile Soil

To the right of the stairs you climb to get into the cushion’s southeast plaza. The item will be in a basket behind some white benches just before a raised platform with two blue vases.
Phagousa’s Sacred Pillar

Past the columns where you found the cushion, on the far balcony overseeing the Holy City. The item will be in a large crate to your left, past two children talking to each other, and before a chest.

In the same place where you find Georios' Fertile Soil.
Once you have everything you need, your mission marker will tell you to travel north in Amphoreus to a new location.Go to the Garden of Life fast travel spotto visit the Great Tree mentioned in the Scroll, then climb up to where your map is indicating. By investigating a glowing gold spot on the Tree, you can perform the ritual.
Doing this causes a glowing purple crystal to appear, called the"Fragments of Recollection.“You canactivate the fragment that appearsto see a group of spectral people from the past doing this same ceremony. By investigating the Confused Disciple of this group, you can learn more about the ceremony itself and complete the quest.
