As stated by the leaker, these materials are still unused in the tests, and they use reference icons and descriptions from older materials, likely as placeholders. Materials related to elements inHonkai: Star Railtend to be obtainable from Stagnant Shadow activities, which is likely the case.

There’s also a possibility that the material will serve Cipher since there is speculation she may be a Physical unit, but the leaks around Phainon’s element are a bit more concrete than Cipher’s.

Mr. Reca’s rumored release in Honkai: Star Rail seems to have undergone a disappointing update that could heavily affect the current meta.
