What Happened In Dandadan Episode #8?
Drama Ensues Between The Main Couple
The episode begins with Momo, Okarun, Aira, Seiko, and Turbo Granny in the living room eating food after they put Okarun’s testicle back in place. Momo tries toease the tensions between her and Aira, but Aira still thinks she is the demon. As the two argue and Aira is about to leave, she asks Okarun why she saved him, and he tells her he just helped someone in danger. Aira blushes and promises to free him from the demon Momo, and goes home. Momo and Okarun are puzzled at her misunderstanding. The next day, they go to school as usual, and when Momo asks Okarun to meet up during lunch and after school, Okarun declines and says he is busy.
Back in her class, Momo is uneasy and suspects Okarun is hiding something. When she goes outside to the vending machine, she sees Okarun on top of Aira in the back of school. She is beyond shocked and at a loss for words. The episode flashes back to Okarun training during lunchtime, as he felt bad for being weak and depending a lot on Momo. As he is exercising, Aira appears and confesses her love to him. She then approaches him and tries to kiss him, Okarun pushes her away and is perplexed by her behavior. Aira still insists on kissing him, and as Okarun fights back, they fall and Okarun ends up on top of her. This is when Momo saw them, and as Okarun tried to explain to Momo that it wasn’t what she had thought, she refused to listen and went back to class.
Throughout the day, Momo felt depressed and sad about the recent events. Okarun shared her feelings of sadness due to the misunderstanding, but he was also motivated to become stronger to help her. Suddenly, all of the students vanished, and water began to overflow, reaching ankle depth. Okarun quickly ran out of the classroom and spotted Aira. Meanwhile, Momo was in shock over the disappearance of her classmates when she noticed a dinosaur approaching. She quickly hid to avoid being seen but the dinosaur unleashed a powerful beam that destroyed several classrooms at once. Thankfully, Momo managed to stay unharmed.

As they are about to cut off his genitals, the aliens are held back by Aira, who has now tapped into Acrobatic Silky’s powers and transformed.

Furthermore, Okarun was once no match for these aliens, so seeing his progress through enemies he once fought before will be a nice full-circle moment. However, what will be the most interesting is seeing howDandadan’s beloved couple-to-be will overcome this big misunderstanding, which will undoubtedly lead to their relationship growing even stronger.
