The new trailer has been revealed forBlack Doves. The upcoming Netflix spy series stars Keira Knightley asHelen who embarks on an affair with someone who is not aware of her secret identity. She is best known for her work in thePirates of the Caribbeanmovies but has also contributed her talents to films such asPride & Prejudice,Atonement, andThe Imitation Game. In addition to Knightley,Black Dovesfeatures the leading castof Ben Whishaw, Andrew Koji, Sarah Lancashire, Tracy Ullman, Andrew Buchan, Geraldine Chevalley, and Finn Bennett.
Now,Netflixhas revealed the new trailer forBlack Doves. The trailer introduces Helen Webb (Knightley), who has been feeding a spy organization government secrets for years. The scene soon devolves into action, as she has to take down people investigating a murder. As Helen is shown encased in blood, Whishaw’s character Sam is revealed. As Sam and Helen attempt to solve a murder mystery, hints are given at a large scale. Netflix alsoconfirmed the series' release date to be December 5.
