Pokémon Conciergehas just been released for free on YouTube, giving fans without Netflix a chance to enjoy the franchise’s most peaceful installment for the first time. Pokémon Conciergeis a 4-episode stop-motion animated series which follows Haru, a new employee at a resort for Pokémon. Haru must acclimate to her new life on the resort island and adjust to her job caring for other people’s Pokémon, which can obviously come in a wide variety of forms and appearances. Haru also gets to know her new co-workers, who have their own idiosyncrasies and relationships with the Pokémon who visit the island. It features no battles or competitions, and isextremely laid-back and enjoyable for anyone, be they children or adults.

The Hit Series is Now Streaming for Free

Pokémon Conciergepremiered on Netflix in December 2023, and remained exclusive to that streaming platform until June 26, 2025, whenthe official Pokémon X (formerly Twitter) accountannounced that the series would become available to view on YouTube for free until July 30, 2025. The announcement also confirms that the second season ofPokémon Conciergeis currently in production, after its announcement back in February 2024. There is, as yet, no word as to whenseason 2 ofPokémon Conciergewill premiere.

Many fans without Netflix accounts haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy the series yet, and this represents the perfect opportunity for them to watch. At around 15 minutes per episode, and with only 4 episodes, it’s not a huge time commitment to watch, but it’s worth it for every minute of peaceful, relaxing tropical island vibes. Haru is a relatable character for adult fans, learning how to handle stress and make new friends in a new environment. The show’s aesthetic is absolutely adorable, and fans will get to see a good selection of Pokémon in stop-motion form, including the series' star, Psyduck.
