The Talamasca is an order of supernaturally gifted detectives who keep the paranormal from humanity. The show has already found its lead actor in Nicholas Denton.
Now, AMC’sThe Talamascahas found its second cast member, reportsVariety. Veteran actor William Fichtner has officially joined the cast of the upcoming Immortal Universe spinoff, set to play a character named Jasper, who is described as “a mysterious American who has quietly assumed control and influence over the Talamasca’s London Motherhouse. Though his motives and methods are cloaked in shadow, his charm and righteous sense of purpose are as dangerous as the power he’s pursuing.”

There’s still little known about the upcoming AMC series, which was officially greenlit this year and is expected to premiere in 2025. This is especially true forMayfair Witches,where a Talamasca agent, Ciprien Grieves, appears. Fichtner might be another agent from the order.
