Readers last saw Huck in Millar’sBig Gameminiseries, much of which consisted of the world’s most diabolical villains wiping out any and all opposition, superheroic or otherwise. That included Huck, who was memorably, and shockingly, killed off inBig Game#3 – by no less than a nuclear weapon, which served as an apropos reminder to fans of the character’s power level. The conclusion toBig Gamewas a bit of a wonky finish, restoring most of its heroic characters to life via time-travel, andHuck’s survival made him a natural hero for Millar to follow up on.
