I find it frustrating that Tigerlily Taylor from90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Dayscan’t help butconstantly flaunt her wealth and privilege at every opportunity. She recently debuted in season 7 with her husband, Adnan Abdelfattah, from Jordan. The couple initially connected on Instagram and quickly developed an attraction, despite their 19-year age difference. I’m surprised thatTigerlily and Adnan decided to tie the knotafter just four months of online communication. In the first episode of season 7, I watched Tigerlily confidently travel from the United States to Jordan to marry a man she had recently met.

Although Tigerlily and Adnan appear to have great physical compatibility, I noticed red flags in their relationship from afar. During the ride from the airport to the hotel, I observed the couple not having any conversation despite just meeting for the first time and likely having many questions about each other. I was even more shocked whenAdnan mentioned that he has 14 siblingsandhopes to have a big family with five children. I wasn’t the only one surprised by this revelation; it was also the first time Tigerlily had heard the information.

It Seems Like Tigerlily Shows Off By Buying Things

Tigerlily Finds Her Privileged Life To Be A Challenge

WhileTigerlily’s relationship with Adnan is going well, I can’t help but feel annoyed by how often she flaunts her wealth in a crass manner. On an episode of90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Tigerlily purchased a luxury watch for her husband worth $26,500. I don’t mind her buying gifts for Adnan, but it felt like she was attempting to use an expensive gift to buy his love, which came across as pretentious. I had hoped for aheartfelt explanation behind her choice of such a costly gift, but she simply bought it to show offher wealth.

I felt even more annoyed when Tigerlily portrayed her privileged past as a significant struggle. She tries to be relatable but gives off a diva-like energy.

a montage of Tigerlily Taylor, with Adnan and a background featuring the country, Jordan

She spoke about her past being a struggle when her former husband provided everything for her. She lived in upscale houses and wore expensive clothing, yetshe still refers to her past as a"golden birdcage.“I think ifTigerlily continues to act so ignorant, her relationship with Adnan is unlikely to last. She needs to stop behaving like an entitled queen because her current husband may not be able to meet her demands.

Tigerlily Takes Four Hours To Get Ready

To the best of my recollection, Tigerlily is the only90 Day Fiancéfranchise cast member who traveled to her partner’s country with a full makeup team. I don’t have any issues with Tigerlily wanting to look her best for her husband, butbringing her hairstylist and esthetician on the trip seems excessive and unnecessarily extravagant. It looks like Tigerlily is trying to emulate one of the Kardashian sisters to make an impression on90 Day Fiancéviewers. However, from what I understand, the audience is more repulsed by Tigerlily’s actions than impressed.

I can understand whyTigerlily had to travel with her glam squadto Jordan, as they know what looks best on her and need to prepare her for her wedding ceremony. However, I still believe that spendingfour hours every day getting ready is just an excessive display of wealth and privilege. In a recent episode of the90 Day Fiancéspin-off, Tigerlily took four hours to get ready while Adnan and his older brother waited in the car for her. Tigerlily didn’t even apologize for her tardiness and tried to brush it off.

Tigerlily Seems Shallow Because She’s All About Image

Tigerlily Embodies The “Happy Wife” Persona On Social Media

I think Tigerlily is too obsessed with how she looks on the show and her public image rather than focusing on her relationship with Adnan.

She told Adnan that he should’ve married someone who was ready in five minutes because she didn’t want to look"ugly"without all her makeup and hair. In all the episodes I have watched, Ihaven’t seen Tigerlily having a serious conversation with her husband about their futureand relationship. Instead, I’ve seen her spend excessive time getting her hair done and maintaining her glamorous appearance.

90 Day Fiancé: Is Tigerlily Taylor Following The Islamic Dress Code After Marrying Adnan On The Show?

Tigerlily Taylor’s photos show that she hasn’t completely taken on Adnan’s culture after their marriage on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.

I watched Tigerlily mention that she felt trapped in her last relationship, which is why she boldly decided to end it. However, she seems to be making a similar mistake again with Adnan. Now that Tigerlily has married Adnan, she must follow the Islamic dress code, which she may find overwhelming. However, I don’t see her contemplating these issues because she seems happy to document her story on national TV and receive fame and followers on social media. AlthoughTigerlilyis seeing red flags in Adnan, she portrays a happy image on Instagram.

Is Tigerlily Leveraging Her Riches To Boost Her Brand?

Tigerlily Is Using Opulent Behavior To Convert Viewers Into Customers

I believe all90 Day Fiancécast members have ulterior motives for appearing on the show. For example, Miona Bell was featured on the show to promote her ponytail business owner. I think Tigerlily is doing the same thing. She introduced herself as a handwriting expert and business owner on the show. However, during an Instagram Q&A session,Tigerlilyrecently disclosed that she made wise investments that led to financial freedom. She also introduced her online clothing store,Neige Concept, to90 Day Fiancéfans to increase the visibility of her brand.

I think Tigerlily is using her appearance on the show to flaunt her lavish lifestyle to appear authoritative. She likely hopes thatby portraying herself as someone of high status on TV, viewers will be influenced to shop at her clothing store. I believe Tigerlily is endorsing a lavish lifestyle on TV to boost sales at her store. While her clothing designs aren’t particularly unique, they are priced at a premium. Even though the90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Dayscast member is acting luxuriously to promote her brand, I believe she needs to show more humility.
