10Bam Copies a Ranker’s Ability

He Mastered It on His First Try

Much about Bam is unknown, even to himself. He’s a mysterious character new to the world of the Tower and doesn’t fully understand anything except for his desire to find and protect Rachel. While he’s new to the Tower, it seems he has the potential to become incredibly powerful if he isn’t already. During a test on the second floor, Bam is trying to save the recently rediscovered Rachel when test administrator Quant Blitz steps into the mix.

Quant stuns Bam with an ability called Fast Skip, overloading his body with Shinisu and freezing him in place. Quant instructs Bam to use it on Hon who is using Rachel as a hostage.Bam does, mastering it on his first try.If that wasn’t enough, he used it again on Quant during his fight with Endorsi to further prove his near-immediate mastery of a Ranker’s ability.

9Rak Stops Running

Rak Wraithraiser Isn’t Much of a Runner Anyway

Rak Wraithraiser may be many things: simple-minded, insanely powerful, and obsessed with turtles, but he is not a coward.Running from battle suits him poorly, so it didn’t make too much sense to see him running from the Barnacle Goblins chasing him. After running for a little bit, Rak doesn’t feel right and instead turns around and charges spear-first into the pursuing goblins. He’s carrying Paracule in his arms with him and the Regular isn’t a big fan of his decision.

It turns out alright in the end though, asRak Wraithraiser is a fierce warrior above all else. He decimates scores of Barnacle Goblins like he’s been doing it his whole life.He helped Bam pass the submerged fish test with a lot of effort, only to learn that Bam “died” defending Rachel during the test.

Some of the most notable people on Bam’s new team include two Princesses of Jahad, Endorsi Jahad and Anak Jahad, Shipisu, Khun, Rak, and more.

Endori and Anak alone could probably pass most of the tests. Shipisu is both a comedic relief and a hidden genius, using his intelligence to get the group out of trouble numerous times. Hatsu is a devout swordsman who is a great asset on and off the battlefield. Separately, they’re all interesting characters that add a lot to the series.Together, they work very well towards their goal of staying alive and climbing the Tower.

She decided to take the admin on in battle, holding her own against someone backed by the Tower itself.

She eventually loses the fight, outmatched by the Ranker’s speed and power. As she loses, she walks up to him in defeat and lays her head on his shoulder.
